Cesar came by this morning to zilch the usual suspects, including some black/brown widows that had taken up residency in and under our son's large playset with attached swing. Unaware that the playset was anchored to the ground with two heavy-duty ground screws, Cesar proceed to lift the set, completely bending the two steel screws. Strong man, if you ask me! VIC IS #1... If it was not for Vic i would of switched a long time a go, not because the service was bad but lets face it, a pest company is on every corner..... With Vic I know the job is being done to it's highest standards and that is worth Gold to me. Thank You Vic........ Clark should give you a raise

Our tech, Vic, goes the extra mile. We need to solve our pest issues and he came right out and took care of us on the spot. I want to say that you have a lot of choices when it comes to pest control but Clark is our #1 choice, has been for years.

I have had Clark Pest Control for several years now and have been nothing but pleased. Our tech Avery is very professional and I have always been pleased with the service he does. We are backed up against a hillside and struggle with an ant problem. Every time we have an issue I call up and Avery is out that day or the next morning to take care of the problem. Wouldn't use any other company!

Clark Pest Control is amazing. We have been customers for over 10 years. Every technician we have had has been professional and always asks if we have any concerns. We have bi-monthly service. If there is any kind of ant or bug problems in between those service calls, I just call the office and they come out within 24 hours. Most of the time within 4 hours. I have had problems with black widow spiders, pincher bugs, bees, and ants. I contacted Clark and the guy they sent out was absolutely fantastic. Avery came out and walked through every part of my yard doing an assessment. He then sprayed the yard, and comes on a regular basis to keep the yard free of pests. I have no more bug problems like I had. And every now and then when I see a stray bug I can call Avery and he comes out within 24 hours and takes care of the problem. He is fantastic! Wasps had built a nest on our patio. They looked pretty angry. So that stopped us from even going outside! I called Clark Pest Control because it advertised as local. Amazingly, ten minutes after my call, their man, Aaron Adam showed up promptly, as had been promised! He described the fees upfront before he got started. We have used Clark for years and it has been fine- but when Aaron started working there - it became stellar! Aaron works hard - is polite/personable/responsive -and he gets the job done! If I have a problem (i.e. a poisoned rat came off the paseo onto our sidewalk) - the front office (Kelly) sends someone right over to address it. We don't have ants or critters anymore - yay! I started using Clark 2 years ago when I moved to Saugus and can only say good things about them. My home backs a hill which means lots of bugs and ants are always around but Avery does a great job of keeping the yard pest-free all year round. I called once between my scheduled service and Avery came the next day and took care of things.
