I feel ripped off and disrespected. I cannot recommend Clark Services. I had a huge ant problem in my home and I called Clark. The manager Shannan, the "Good Cop" was awesome. Super nice guy. He sends out a guy who is also awesome. The first guy was at him home for a long period of time spraying everything asking questions about the issues and concerns. I'm really happy. I gave them one star which they do not even deserve. We just bought a house and we wanted it sprayed before we moved in because there were cobwebs everywhere. They refused to get rid of the cobwebs and said they could not spray up high inside or outside the house. They must be using water because the bugs and spiders have not gone away. Worst customer service ever . I would never recommend them to anyone . I canceled service due to hardship they said ok . Never sent a single bill for final payment but sent me to collections . Will do everything in my power to let everyone know they are horrible

You guys have some great drivers. A truck #92 clearly sees me coming and turns right into my line. Great line of drivers.

I had another company until they went out of business, then we tried Clark Pest Control and the first guy that showed up and did the initial service was very good. After that point I was saddled with a tech named Avery and he would be in and out of my property in under 5 minutes. This place must be making some money when they charge me $70 for a 5 minute job. After our last service my wife went down to the grocery store and she saw Avery on the side of the road sleeping. I suppose he needs his rest more than I need my bugs ... read more

This company is worthless!! Read the other experiences that people have had. Do not get scammed. Straight forward, fair and they get the job done without pushing worthless services costing big bucks.

Although Teresa (supervisor) and Angel (field representative) were very kind in a delicate situation like mine, Clark Pest Control failed me greatly. Over a nine month period, they sprayed (but failed to identify insects as well as post and disclose chemicals used in sprays) which is against structural pest control board regulations. After they "closed my account" via a district manager by the name of Ray Barber, more than three entomologists confirmed SIX different pests in my home contributing to my two year nightmare. Clark Pest control is not customer friendly company. It's tooooooo expensive and not worth to their service. Don't get trap into one year contract. It's waste of money. Clark pest control don't even give a day to change your mind. By any chance, signing contract is like being in deep shit. I don't recommend this company. They are trying make money.
