The cost was way to much for what we received.
Very consciousious service... They take care to knock down all spider webs and wasp nests. Are very through with spraying I have had no ants in the house since I started using them 3 years ago!
Persistent ants were trying to move into out bathroom for the winter. I called Clark and they sent out a technician who put down gel in their pathway and advised me that within 24 hrs they would be gone. True to his word they were gone. But the sneaky critters found a new way to get in. So another technician came out put out more gel and so far no ants.
Your customer service sucks since being taken over by Clark! You continue to show up to do my service with NO APPOINTMENT. I used to get an e-mail or phone call prior. I have repeatedly complained about this before, but everyone says your new system does not allow this. I'm going to cancel my service if this can't be resolved. Rats chewed through the wiring on our truck. Called Clark and they were there the next day.
Communication with Clark was bad. Service never happened when it was scheduled. The mole/gopher situation continued even though the technician insisted there was no activity. It was a constant struggle to get someone to listen to us. Would never recommend Clark to friends or family. PS: Over-priced as well.
My property has a locked gate, so as a condition to having the monthly service, I have requested an advanced notice so I can leave the gate unlocked. I have had several occasions where the service came to the house without the notice and so they were not able to gain access, however I was still charged for the service. I have also asked them not to put leave a bill on the mailbox since this is an indication that no one is home.
I pay so much for so little work! My technician pretends to be cleaning the spider webs. Spends literally less than 5 minutes and then leaves. The result of that has been, spiders, earwigs and beetles everywhere inside my home!!! Lousy work!😡
