They Might As Well Be Spraying Tap Water, Im In San Diego And Our Clark Service SUCKS! the guy comes as sprays, an it doesnt make a goddamn difference, possibly makes it worse!!! Because The Only Difference I Could Tell Was That The fleas were more abundant... i have experienced pest control before in Arizona AN YOU COULD TELL A DIFFERENCE FOR THE GOOD EVERY TIME...... We had a great technician. But when it came to customer service with management we were highly disappointed. When we asked for additional services, they made us seem like we were bothering them. Which would of brought them more money. So it didn't make any sense. Ben the field supervisor in our area put personal issues such as his children being picked up from day care ahead of giving us the service we paid for. This is ultimately what made us cancel our account and go to a local less expensive exterminator company.

This is regarding 915 demos court, Reno NV. The tenants have mentioned ants inside, 6/20/2019. They have also mentioned not seeing a Clark guy coming by. Could you ask him to knock on the door and ask if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Thanks

Technician arrived on time, discussed how he would handle our problems with spiders, and kept us informed. He sprayed backyard. We deferred inside house treatment until we see how outside only does to reduce spider population Technician friendly and personable. He said billing statement would be emailed to us.

Approximately two years ago, I contracted Clark pest control to spray my property and house. I trusted the tech to do a reasonable job. I really never checked him as I asummed he was a professional. As time went by my wife and I noticed there were bugs of all sorts, including ants, spiders, wasps, etc. I asked him how he is able to finish each job in less than 20 minutes, consider we live on an acre of property, including a three car garage and a shed, and how was he able to spray with one gallon of spray. This place is a rip off they double charged me the first time fee of $200 and it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my money back every time I call they make me feel like I’m doing something wrong because I’m asking for the money they double charged me I don’t recommend anybody goes to Clark’s their representatives treat everybody like trash and if I could submit this without putting any stars they would have a negative 5 star
