This place is a rip off they double charged me the first time fee of $200 and it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my money back every time I call they make me feel like I’m doing something wrong because I’m asking for the money they double charged me I don’t recommend anybody goes to Clark’s their representatives treat everybody like trash and if I could submit this without putting any stars they would have a negative 5 star
Today I had the outside of my home serviced. I left my gate unlocked in case I was not able to be home. I heard the technician outside my window and I heard SOME cleaning of the spider webs under the eaves. Not much later the technician was gone. Did that person even spray for bugs? I didn't hear ANYTHING in the backyard, and if that person DID spray, where are the wet trails and why is the pet water bowl still full. IF that person sprayed, then he/she should have dumped the water out of the bowl in case of some spray... read more
Absolutely Terrible the worst customer service rude nasty and each person tells you something different but worst of all they keep taking your money off your credit card. Even after my entire year contract was up and I had called and canceled. They still keep charging me .beware do not give them your Credit card information or if you have them you should look to make sure you are not being charge for services that you have not received or asked for
Provide a confirmation letter for cancellation of service.
No problem with technicians that come out to the house. They are ok. When I’ve called the office to set appointment couple of the people have been extremely nasty and rude . I canceled services and went to arena wide.
I was hoping for a follow up visit. Still a visitor visitor in my atttic at times irritating. at times.
Our monthly service by Skip couldn't be better. The pests are gone, and Skip is a gem!
No more ants
After a year, still have pest problem specifically, spider. It was a total of 6 treatments (including 2 return treatments). Total waste of money!
