Have not seen a Clark tech in about 2 months and the last person didn't do that good of job when will I get Ty back
I have a small condo but termites have plagued the complex for many years. Clark's termite prevention and irradiation program gives me the peace of mind that my unit is protecting and termites go someplace else. Sorry, neighbors. (Not sorry)
In my previous review I mentioned that I was never called before your service tech coming to my home to spray, and that this was an inconvenience to me. I also mentioned that I had asked the tech to come back in a week because we had guests at our house, and a visiting dog. He returned the following day while we were out of the house. I think your prices are getting to high for no more then is done in a mobile home park with no yard to mention of..where I live..was as much as I paid in the Country with a lot bigger yard and house to spray! I have one rodent box here and had 2 in the country just seems like you have a flat rate no matter how big or small the job is
The tech didn't spray around the outside of the house. He only put down some ant powder.

Did not latch our gate AGAIN and our puppy got out and was missing for days. This is the second time this has happened. The first time we had our dog for 3 months and the first time our house was serviced our puppy got out and we never got him back. He was only 10 pounds and very friendly and we spent months looking for him. This was a couple years ago. We got new puppies in July of this year and thought we would try it again. I gave you 1star because I had to because there was no nagative number please add nagative number too. Poor poor service every 3 month you guys shows up put poor poor cheap small glue trap for rodents and they are stonger now and they run away with it just happened in my garage, on way to my work saw mice stuck on glue trap came back from work glue trap was dragged few feets away and mice was gone. In future i WILL not get your services again either will recommend to other people.
