Prompt and courteous response to any jssues, but the problem was never resolved!
Kept bugs out of house. Cleaned all the webs. Answered questions about stink under patio.....dead raccoon. Tried to get out for me.
I’ve used Clark services since 2000 in 3 different homes. They’ve kept the bugs and ants away all these years.
I have both the bug spraying and the termite services with your company. The last couple of technicians I have had come for the bug spraying have used handheld spraying equipment and have not hooked up to the hose on their truck. I have been told that both methods of spraying use the same solution but I feel that the power and spray distance of the handheld unit does not get as far under my house through the vents as the hose method. We have a horrible problem with ants inside and out Not a good job at all
Tiny ants invaded overnight and within an hour of calling to set up appointment, the technician was here. Checked out all the likely spaces that there might be nests, baited, and was gone as well as the ants (soon afterwards).

I found a small lizard in my bathroom.
Need to be MUCH MORE proactive at going after pests (rats, mice, spiders, gophers, etc.) . I have had an ongoing rat problem and all that my technician does is set traps, and leaves them for two months. It took several calls and complaints to get someone to inspect the crawl space and attic and make recommendations. We also have a LOT of spiders and our technician does not regularly sweep them out of the garage. All he does is spray the outside of house.
