I have been having issues with pantry moths for 1.5 years now. They only appear when it’s extremely hot outside. In the beginning, I received excellent service, communication, and follow up. No more ants

Ants are gone. That's it.
Clark Staff will not call if I cant make it to My house to check Rodents. They will come Out to spray but what do they really spray?
Repeatedly the tech has come when I was not home and did not check my rat traps inside the home. I have asked to have the bait refreshed , and they say I don’t need it. I hear rats in both the basement and attic. I am not happy with your service.
I was on vacation for 3 months. The spider webs were thick all over my external lights. On walk Thur on porch. I was scared to open my shed. This was the worst ever. I hate Spiders.
I went from over run with spiders and ants when I moved in last year to not a bug in sight.
Another new service tech according to the notice left. This is the 7th tech in 19 calls of every other month insect service. Fast approaching the total number of techs for the whole 34 years with the previous division. I have no idea about the tech as they came while I was not home. Service appears to have done adequately as I am not finding spiders or bugs, but have no idea about how he and the dogs reacted. From a customer perspective, frequent turnover is not a good sign for the company's health.
