Service person sprays chemicals that leave flow steaks on thewindows.
Arrive home to be greeted by a rat on my front porch. Clark technician came to the rescue, came to my home and trapped the rat,
Clint does an A1 job of eradicating pests.
Was double charged for service for calling in to have rodent removed, witch was never done. Had to remove it myself. Had a $90 credit but was never received. After I discontinued service show $0 balance, never got credit(customer service very rude even though they did see a double charge on my bank account)
Haven't found any mice or bugs inside the house
Before they would come and clean all of the cobwebs around the front and back of the house (doors) and check for other possible pesticide issues. Now, they just come and spray (5 minutes) worth of work and leave. No quality or due diligence on their end. Although this is done every 2 months we still have spiders, bees and other insects entering our home. This has become more of an issue within the past year.
He told me to call him next time I have a problem and he would take care of it.
Tech went out of his way to notify us that he smelled gas in the yard. We called the gas company and we did have a leak.
We began with a serious moisture problem under our bathroom. Clark did a termite inspection, cleaned out debris in the crawl space and put down a moisture barrier. Since then we have a regular treatment.
