"Warning: do not deal with them" Larry Hill Ford has overpriced inventory. We are very much upside down on a vehicle that we purchased from them with a large down payment! The back up camera in the vehicle stopped working the same week we purchased the vehicle from them and they refused to fix it for us. The vehicle has had issue after issue and two big recalls.
"Buy from Larry Hill" We went in looking for a very particular vehicle and they had exactly what we wanted. Brandon busted his tail getting us HER truck because our credit isn't the best, but somehow he came through.
"Typical salesman " I thought Larry Hill would be different with the dealer rater. I was fooled and would not recommend Larry Hill. I was told lie after lie and I still haven't heard from anyone on the deal. I don't know if it wasn't approved or sold the vehicle I was looking at . My credit isn't that great but don't tell me you can get it done and then don't even give me the curtesy of calling me and explaining the lies . Told me my credit would only be run once and it was run 9 times.
"Long Wait but it was Saturday" On vacation and stopped for service, I was #8 in line and got there 30 mins. early. Took 4 hours. Get there first on a Saturday
"Electrical Issue" My Ford F150 developed an electrical issue, i.e. one of my daytime running lights was permanently on, even after removing the key from the ignition, and the other light was permanently off. I scheduled a service appointment online for a particular day and time (I own two Ford automobiles and Larry Hill is my dealer) and requested to wait because I did not expect any major issues. "Amazing Dearler Ship." After purchasing a vehicle we like a lot for the price and room. it turn out to have some many problems it stay at the shop more then we had it .we purchase a extended warranty . with in then next day we started having problems with this vehicle..with in a week four problem had arise end with a transmission issue ,after the warrant company investigated this issue . the denied to pay for the problem to fixed. "Unbelievable " My truck needed spark plugs. I told Chris it needed spark plugs when I dropped it off. 24hrs later he's trying to convince me that it's not spark plugs but my entire engine needs to be taken apart and then blasted with walnut shells. He wants $1250 then immediately backs down to $750 when I deny service. I show up and pay my $80 diagnostic fee. I went to Gobble Auto and surprisingly got my truck running good as new for $350.
"If you are wanting to get ripped off, come here!!" If you are young and inexperienced in the auto world, this is the place to go....if you like getting taken advantage of. "Wolf's in Sheep's Clothing" Worst car dealership I have dealt with in 38 years. 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid with all the warranties, except the warranties are I would not buy another car from this dealership if someone paid me to.
