Cannot get a phone call to go over cost of roof! Received settlement from insurance company 3 months ago and have been trying to discuss the #'s with someone at CMR, but they won't call me. I have left numerous messages at corporate office and local office. I have sent emails. Nobody responds. We have a roof leak with a torn up tarp from 2 years ago. They don't seem to care. Apparently they are too busy to speak to customers. Horrible customer service!
Did not put my new roof on in the same style that was original even though I asked repeatedly and was told they would. I am not happy , I expressed my concerns which where ignored repeatedly.
Worse company to work with. Took 3 months to redo my roof. Would not start or do work until we beg them to. The whole process from start to finish took 6 months. Did not properly cleaned up after themselves. We are still finding nails on our property. They fail inspection 3 times. They did not pay anything to our sale person. I will never do business with them again and I would not recommend them either. If i could i would give them no star. Very unprofessional company.
DITTO TO ALL COMPAITS FILLED ALREADY!!!!! THIS COMPANY AND IT'S REPESENATIVES HAVE LIED AND WITHHEALD DOCUMENTS TO ME AND MY ATTORNEYS..
