Awful, will never use All Coast again. Moved our son to ********, and was promised a certain date and his things were not delivered as promised. We were told that it was possible it could be a day late. We flew to ******** to help him move over the weekend, and ended up spending at least $1000 out of our pocket to get him the things he needed for his apartment and new job. Would not even give them 1 star! I'm so afraid of getting my stuff back and the condition it will be in, I'm sick at my stomach. I don't even know where to start! When this all started I went room to room and told them what I had. Every piece of furniture. I gave a good estimate of what I had in bins and boxes and each size. All Coast Moving Group is a ****! They stole $1284.83 from me because i cancelled my contract with 24 hrs. paying them. I sent a written cancellation notice, called several times and spoke with their Agent ****** ****** who assured me my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. That time came and went. I wish I could make this review no stars. The company is just a broker, as mentioned in other comments. They used the good old-fashion bait and switch tactic on me. I was quoted one amount and, on the Friday before the Monday pick-up time, the company called to let me know it would be over double the original quote and only allowed me until the end of the business day to make a decision. They charged us for service and supplies that were not delivered. We moved from on house to another about 61 miles apart. We contracted for a list of furniture to be moved and some boxes that we packed and were quoted a certain price. But when contacted by QC we found out they were not planning to pack anything so we contracted for packing and packing supplies which doubled the price we paid. This company engages in deceitful and fraudulent practices. There web clearly states theyre a moving company, but they arent!! Theyre a broker, but dont tell you that when speaking with their sales rep. I was very clear about the move I would be paying for, for my daughter. They lied over and again about the payment process, costs, think Ive figured out their scheme. This company isnt trustworthy.
Bait and switch!Quoted for $2900 Deposit $900, 72 hour refundable but will not answer until the three days have passed.Will not give details about movers.Five days before move date, they have quality assurance call and say that they quoted wrongly.New quote $9000 Will not refund money.I do not know the process but reading the reviews here we all have the similar issue.
This company sucks!! They say they are movers but they are a broker for movers. They don't work with you and take your money and run! "****" who I have tried to deal with has absolutely avoided me now that he has our money. Our "movers" he hired are group of sham artists to say the least.
