I am livid. They quoted me one price and doubled it. All they cared about was payment. After they booked the move I kept getting the run around about pick up dates and times and they never returned calls. I had to keep calling. My boxes arrived all beat up. They broke a very expensive antique vase. I am sick over this! Never use them.

SCAM !!!!!!A bit over 2 weeks ago we moved from ******** to *******. Months before I called this company and the lady I spoke with was super nice, however once we made the arrangements everything went down hill badly. They had me walk around my home naming all my furniture I had to move. Once the day came and they pulled up to my house the Game was on! Do not use!!!!! After a very detailed walk thru of my house they quoted and contracted me for an $11,000 long distance move. When the movers they booked showed up, they said itll be $25k!!! They said this company is such a scam and so this all the time. Customer serviced offered me nothing. I sent the movers home and have filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank to get my deposit back

Wish I could give a lower than 1-star rating. These people are NOT movers. They are BROKERS with other moving companies and just charge an extra $1,500 fee for making a phone call you can make on your own. Its so shady what they do- and the company the broker with is cash only, so it doesnt matter if they break and lose all your items, youll never see a ***** of your money! AVOID!

I give them a " 0". It's a scam!! Do not use this company. They promised everything on the phone but don't deliver. I actually thought my belongings were stolen. I was ready to file a police report. Come to find out they are not a moving company. My belongings were held hostage in a warehouse. They past me off to several third parties. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Initially, my quote was $3800 for 654 cubic feet and approximately at 300 mile move. You would think for the price, that there would be stellar service. However, I was initially given a pickup window of 2-5pm on 5/22, and did not receive communication until 6pm that night stating that there was a delay and the pickup would be the next day, and that I would receive a call at 7pm that night confirming the pickup window. Genuinely baffles me how this company runs, first they say the semi trucks (which was full of other peoples stuff) didnt fit in my neighborhood 24 hours before they dropped it off. Didnt let me pay with card but the deposit and movers we able to use card. Once my stuff was here I had to then BUY my own storage facilitate (out of pocket) and one the driver got there, he measured the footsteps it would take to walk to my storage unit (it was 20 meters away) and he said it was 76 per step he takes.
