Why y’all service stopped working in Texas ?
Let me put money in the account and now it’s stuck, can’t transfer it out can buy bit coin can’t do nothing.

I’ve been with CoinZoom for years. Loves it at first and literally HATE it now. I used to get my wire transfers before I even left the bank. Now they take 2 weeks. I attempt to send money and they don’t release it. They have become untenable. Do not - for any reason - use this app!!

All the cards don’t work and they don’t post updates to their twitter or their blog. Would love to know how much longer their system will be down. Already been over a month.

We’ve been facing real issue with getting a refund of my funds in my account after the closure.. we’ve write to CoinZoom support multiple times and they kept ignoring and closing the ticket while my funds still remains in my closed account… I just hope that something can be done

I love CoinZoom but why pause direct deposit and ach transactions, if you want to upgrade those fixtures it should have been pause for new registers not old customers. Or either reduce the limit. Pausing those fixtures is effecting customers, especially me. CoinZoom is still small community no time to pause fixtures. In less than 2 months the app has been updated more than 5times. Please take us slow and safely.
