After setting up account, you have wait several days until you’re able to send crypto. But that’s not the worst. It’s a nightmare trying to log into your account. I have to be honest I really love this app but the problem is that it has some bugs which is needed to be taking care of, like opening of application which takes time to login and also sending of crypto currency which fails sometimes especially when I’m sending to my other trading Wallet to trade USDT. please you guys should look into them
Not user friendly. CoinZoom and CoinZoom Pro are not same when it comes to buying and sending. Unless you do it every day

Even after I waited 7 days I still couldn’t utilize my own Hard!!! earned money, WHY ??? CoinZoom took my money and refuse to attend to me even when I contacted their support team which I initially got a response from Jordan Mauzy Director of Customer Success that my account will be looked into it’s been days and almost weeks no response and no attempt to return my money the poorest platform I have ever used. Please stay away from CoinZoom they will just take your money with no explanation whatsoever

This app is a complete scam I’m fully verified and ive logged in more then three times soon as i uploaded money to my account i can’t use the card on top of that i can no longer login when i call customer support she hung up in my face after i asked her about my card and transactions i don’t recommend this app for NO-ONE they will steal your money and they are rude as well don’t waste your time.
