You have to be very very precise and know what you’re doing in order to get your KYC approved and also start using a 2FA app. Because if you don’t, you’re going to end up waiting hours for tech support to reply. And forget using the back button on any login attempt. Locked out of my account for 15 minutes just by entering the wrong code. Instructions aren’t always clear on what to do. Why I was unable to send out my bitcoin
support is awful!
I can’t get passed the annual income part, there’s no next button or anything.
When placing trades: no way to see or calculate how many you can buy or what the fees are so need to be guessing to make a trade. Will take me 3+ attempts to make a trade with the max in my account.
In all my dealing with customer based crypto app this has turned out to be the most difficult. After several attempts to explain to the customer service representative (or robot), it became obviously clear that I would not be given adequate service. It isn’t good I did my I’d clearly good many times and my face and still same results please contact support this is one of the worse don’t use it
FaceID login never works. Email login gets error message half the time. Using key generator to log in every time is a Royal pain.
