So I tried verifying in this app and even went to support and they could barley help me they just throw an automated “We will reply to you in one business day” I still have not received an email from them so yeah verifying is literally super frustrating

What a sham. I put in my drivers license 3 times and the stupid built in scanner gets the image blurry each time. If this is how great the app is then it’s a waste of time

I have been unable to do a withdrawal for 2 days. I get transaction successful but nothing happens and no transaction record. Eventually I get too many attempts and insufficient funds errors. The funds are there. I call support and they can’t tell me what’s going on. Frustrating.

I downloaded this app and added money from my debit card. Once added then the app informed me it made you wait 7 days to access send or retrieve the fun’s in any way. Once I contacted them informing them I wanted to cancel the transaction they locked my account kept my money and told me it would be 70 days before someone would review it. Absolute scam! Save your money and time and use any other crypto wallet

Unfortunately we do have to have a 21 day hold for debit card deposits. Scammers were making deposits using stolen debit card data, purchasing crypto and transferring it out. A few days or a week later we'd be informed that this was a fraudulent charge, which left us holding the bag for the charges.
