So, idk if the app is full of bugs but I can’t get my account verified. Tried twice but I’m afraid to do it again as the app states I only have three chances. ???
This app is a complete scam I’m fully verified and ive logged in more then three times soon as i uploaded money to my account i can’t use the card on top of that i can no longer login when i call customer support she hung up in my face after i asked her about my card and transactions i don’t recommend this app for NO-ONE they will steal your money and they are rude as well don’t waste your time.
So I tried verifying in this app and even went to support and they could barley help me they just throw an automated “We will reply to you in one business day” I still have not received an email from them so yeah verifying is literally super frustrating
This is the most scamming app ever, DONT, I REPEAT DONT SIGN UP FOR COINZOOM THEY WOULD TAKE YOUR INFORMATION ANS USE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE THEN WANT YOU TO KEEP SENDING MORE PERSONAL INFORMATION. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE COINZOOM IS A SHAM.
I’ve been verifying my account since the past few weeks and it’s still not working yet? How long does this takes it’s really sick and dumb if the verification doesn’t process. it’s pissing me up 🤬🤬
What a sham. I put in my drivers license 3 times and the stupid built in scanner gets the image blurry each time. If this is how great the app is then it’s a waste of time
I was trying to login my account and it kept asking for OTP code which I didn’t know about and I was thinking maybe they gonna send the code on my phone but I got nothing….please how can I get my opt code
