So they report a token is one price and say it’s worth x amount on our end but your account reflects something different and I know the funds have been stolen because I tried to use my card in a store that’s very shady, no would know if you don’t pay attention to your own stuff

CoinZoom does have hold time on funds deposited using a debit card or ACH. Funds on hold are immediately available to purchase crypto. Customers can also deposit using CoinZoom Cash. Those funds are not subject to a hold time and credit to their account within minutes of the deposit. Please don’t download this app had trouble withdrawing funds and sending funds I don’t know what’s the issue with this app said I would be able to withdraw my funds after 3 weeks and I waited and still can’t withdraw my funds this app is horrible do t trust them with your money

There’s a hood period on sending and withdrawing your funds even after the payment post from your account. Total of 7-90 days so be aware . If you’re just trading crypto without sending to another wallet or withdrawing you should be fine.

They told me that I couldn’t open an account with them. No reason. I got the app and was hoping to use it for crypto transactions.

You have to be very very precise and know what you’re doing in order to get your KYC approved and also start using a 2FA app. Because if you don’t, you’re going to end up waiting hours for tech support to reply. And forget using the back button on any login attempt. Locked out of my account for 15 minutes just by entering the wrong code. Instructions aren’t always clear on what to do.
