easily one of the worst platforms for crypto. don't keep sucked in because of their debit card either. use anything else

The ACH deposits stopped working long time ago and it's really a pain trying to deposit money. I tried the debit card deposit and the name didn't match because I didn't use the middle initial on my coinzoom card and my other debit card has my middle initial.

follow instructions, but the app does not follow their posted instruction...no human contact to sign up, completely run by a computer that doesn't follow it's own directions.

I have been with coinzoom for what I think is a "long time" their contact support and some of their policies have changed. They have been absolutely no help in solving my issue therefore i am leaving them and finding a better provider for my needs. We will "be happy to help" yeah right very no solving my issue, and I truley beleive they don't care. More of us should leave their platform and I am going to do my best to see this happens
