I got 28,800 in their Onchain trading platform I went to withdraw it and now they tell me I need to authenticate my external wallet and send them 2800.00 I have talked to other crypto sites and they all tell me that the fee is to high this is how they trap you Now after reading other reviews here I find that I am not the only one with this problem. Then they take all your crypto if you cannot pay the fees and if you do not meet their timeline to pay they add more fees. Scammers?
This app continues to ask for a picture of my driver's license. I took the pictures at least twice, maybe three times. The app said they were updating but apparently never do. Not taking another picture!

Outstanding investment app
Not very user friendly for trading, transferring money in and out of it can be a nightmare. The app will give you a message stating that your transaction didn't go through and then under activity your transaction actually went through. It's a pain to use most of its features.
CoinZoom is an absolute hidden Gem! Early birds will certainly get the worm, here. They have the best customer service, and are dedicated fully to providing the best. They are going thru a complete restructuring of their Visa Debit card, just working to make it flawless, and secure. I am anxiously awaiting for the 'relaunch,' but not hesitating to getting my account levels established. The longer you wait, the higher you will have to stake for your Tier level, you know. Launch is soon!
