Not sure it is worth the hassle. Cleaner was nice, but that is where the good really ended. Arrived much later than expected, but at least I received a couple of calls to inform me. Good thing I work from home. After arrival I did the walk through, and showed him where I needed the carpet stretched and tacked. He said that he physically couldn't do it because of his knees. Really?!?! Why did COIT send this guy if he couldn't do the job requested? All told we had the traffic area of 4 rooms, 13 stairs, and 8 small runner rugs... read more

I scheduled COIT to come out to give me an estimate, and they were a no show. A waste of my time. I'll never use their services!

They are not good at stone cleaning and polishing! After a visit from a Coit estimator, My wife scheduled a cleaning and polishing of our granite counter tops for around $400. A few days later the Coit guy came over to do the job. After about an hour of "deep cleaning", the guy started to buff our granite. He stopped and let me know that he was unable to proceed because the granite cannot be polished without using some sort of stone cleaner that he did not have. I called COIT when my landlords explained that is who was contracted to clean the carpets of a 3000 square foot luxury home prior to my move in as a tenant. I found them extremely difficult to deal with, and when they (reluctantly) showed up, the technicians seemed to have little knowledge of the situation or their previous service. Also, someone who is a technician there apparently lent my landlords his equipment "under the table" and claimed it was an official "COIT" cleaning. Not to be trusted. I got a new puppy who peed on my carpet. I asked if they could get the smell out and the guy said the could. They cleaned the carpet in less time than it takes me to vacuum it. now my house not only smells like dog urine, but also the products that they said they put on twice to remove the odor. The carpet is a bit cleaner, but it was not worth how much they charged.

I just read three reviews with ONE STAR ratings. I wish that I had read these before I asked them to clean the grout in two bathrooms and the kitchen. The man that asked for the order was prompt. This was a good as this encounter with Coit was. The work was scheduled for the next day between 9 and 11. We get the call early in the morning to tell us that they were going to be late. We scheduled a morning duct cleaning on 3/31... 3 weeks in advance. We received a wake up call at 7:30 on Saturday morning letting us know they'd be there between 11:00-12:00. Later than we would've liked but, at least in the agreed upon timeframe. We waited until 12:40 and finally called Coit. They said their computers were down but they had us scheduled between 1:00-2:00 instead. Our estimate clearly states a morning commitment. Very difficult to work through scheduling. Prices are high and very poor communication. Give your business to someone who values their customers. I would describe them as prickly to work with.
