I have been waiting for Coit to call me to see how my cleaning went. Nobody has, nobody cares. In my opinion, the cleaning was a waste of money. I scheduled this after a renovation and my carpet is as dusty now as it was before Coit came. The equipment leaked, the service guy was clueless and left the door fully open to the outdoors on a hot mid-90s day until I asked him not to, the van expelled exhaust into our garage which then came into the kitchen so we had an exhaust filled kitchen, he dragged hoses, etc. across the... read more

I called COIT to get a general BALL PARK estimate. I said my total home is 1400 sq ft. And I was going to do 3 of the rooms and stairs. They stated $150 to $190. The person shows up day of cleaning $338.00 (( with the 35% off coupon )). And only offered, I knew they would be wrong. Do you want to do it or not? The person also informed me that this is a presidential year so they are unable to do much or if any advertising on TV because advertising is costly this year. So their sales are down. I want that whole day of my life back! I recently had my carpets and air ducts cleaned (for a small fortune). My carpets are clean but anyone can do that, and for far less money. The HVAC system is a different story... HVAC literally means "heating, ventilation and air conditioning" however, to COIT it just means air ducts. I had a wonderful experience with Steve who came to my house to give me a quote. While about 2-3 times more than competitors I was "sold" on the professionalism and the outstanding work. I was not pleased with my cleaning. The technician didn't do the entire floor I had paid for and almost forgot to add in the scotch guard that I paid extra for. When I first started with COIT they were very friendly and helpful. They came out and gave me an estimate for my floors and all was great! The day I was supposed to have my floors cleaned I had a death in the family and COIT went down from there. I have both wood floors and carpet. Originally I wanted them only to clean the carpet but they said I don't have enough carpet to do without including a service charge. Ok I get it so I asked them to include the wood. Do not recommend...we waited a week just to have COIT come to our house to give us a "free estimate", and when the day of our appointment came, they never called as promised to give us the 2-hour window for when they would come that day. When I called to ask why, they said they had notes in my account that I had called and cancelled the appointment, which was not true. This is not a reliable or truthful company!

Horrible service! Will never use again. Totally missed service schedule and I ended up wasting an entire day waiting around. When I finally spoke with management (after 4 calls) all they said was they were sorry and explained this never happens....but unfortunately it happened to me and as a result I can not recommend their services. They were in my home for two hours and it cost $750!! I think there are better providers that can meet their service schedule and do a good job, as well. Dawn T.

The carpet is clean and it dried fast. They came out quickly but the service representatives left much to be desired. The phone rep. was very pleasant and assured me that if I didn't have enough carpet to use up the minimum charge I could use the balance for something like cleaning a couch or the car upholstery. I asked the woman that answered if they could "scotch guard" my carpet she said that THEIR brand was just as good and that it would resist staining and water,, it DIDN'T they sent a tech out to talk to me , he said "no, it wont resist staining (when I pulled out a glass of kool ade) I told him to have his boss call me, that was 4 days ago *still waiting
