Do not recommend...we waited a week just to have COIT come to our house to give us a "free estimate", and when the day of our appointment came, they never called as promised to give us the 2-hour window for when they would come that day. When I called to ask why, they said they had notes in my account that I had called and cancelled the appointment, which was not true. This is not a reliable or truthful company!

Horrible service! Will never use again. Totally missed service schedule and I ended up wasting an entire day waiting around. When I finally spoke with management (after 4 calls) all they said was they were sorry and explained this never happens....but unfortunately it happened to me and as a result I can not recommend their services. They were in my home for two hours and it cost $750!! I think there are better providers that can meet their service schedule and do a good job, as well. Dawn T.

The carpet is clean and it dried fast. They came out quickly but the service representatives left much to be desired. The phone rep. was very pleasant and assured me that if I didn't have enough carpet to use up the minimum charge I could use the balance for something like cleaning a couch or the car upholstery. I asked the woman that answered if they could "scotch guard" my carpet she said that THEIR brand was just as good and that it would resist staining and water,, it DIDN'T they sent a tech out to talk to me , he said "no, it wont resist staining (when I pulled out a glass of kool ade) I told him to have his boss call me, that was 4 days ago *still waiting

Will COIT clean under my furniture and move some furniture into my garage - or not?? The advance salesman measured and gave me an estimate which I agreed to. Then he said that they would not clean under the furniture, just up to the edges. (I was NOT given any options here.) So I worried for 3 weeks and finally arranged for someone to help me move furniture out into the garage. I was extremely disappointed with Coit duct cleaning services. It is hard to find a good point in their service except for setting the appointment and the service team showing up at the appointmrnt time. The 2 man crew did absolutely no clean up after the service. Having drilled many holes in the ducts so as to insert their cleaning equipment they did not clean any residue from the drilling process. I had Coit come to my house for an estimate for air duct and duct vent cleaning. The rep was sick but was nice and talked a bit with us and said he counted all the vents 17 to be exact. We walked by washer/dryer and I specifically asked him to include it, he asked about location of vent noted where it was and gave me an estimate of 40% discount and although I compared to other places went with them because they were thorough. say what?? I have been in the cleaning business myself way back when- to make money- but these guys are THE MOST Expensive yet... I guess if you have the money to spend on Coit you can always afford to burn some too- plenty of good services way less expensive

Simply awful. They spent less than 15 minutes on our sofa and washed our rug on our hardwood floor leaving puddles. When our nanny complained to them, they insulted my husband and me. We complained and had the services redone. Ater all of this stress and aggravation, I had to ask for compensation. They took $40 off the price---ridiculous after such a fiasco. We will never use this company again.
