On 5/6 after being assured by Stan, that COIT technicians were experts in fabric cleaning. I regrettably had my velvet sofa and 2 chairs cleaned. Although labels on the furniture clearly stated use dry cleaning solvent only and brushing of fabric will be required. Jeremy's results were disastrous. On 5/10 Robert and Eddie came to evaluate the damage. Robert assured us it would be corrected. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i had an estimate done and recieved a call to see if i still wanted to use their services, so i said yes and that i would call to schedual and they said they would hold onto my estimate until i schedual, so i call to set up my appointment, to find out from the the dumbest girl ever, that my estimate was thrown away, so i asked for a manager, and was told they werent in, and asked when they would be in, to get a genius answer of "i dont know" so i asked to talk to whoever was in charge there right no... read more

Okay where do I begin? Well about 3-4 months ago I had my carpets cleaned, and it came out great. I only got my 2 front rooms done and is was $117-120. I have been a loyal customer always using COIT and the price has always been about the same. So than the other day I got a coupon for 50% off. So I called Coit for them to come, when I made my appointment I told the lady on the phone, usually my carpets come to about $117, she said as long as the original price is over a $100, I can get use the 50% discount.
