While I say overall they are good for vent cleaning and other stuff don't come To My house and clean my grout if you already know I used a grout pen which you should've automatically say don't waste your money I won't be able to help you no they come clean the grout on my tile and it literally looks like before it was cleaned call was for grout and linoleum cleaning which that part was awesome but don't charge me $200 for that a little disappointed feel Like I got robbed of my hard earned money

Less than a month after the cleaning every single stain came back. Every one. I finally took it into my own hands and worked on the stain myself and it hasn't come back. I firmly believe the technician just went though the motions to complete the order. In addition, the manager of the local COIT office called me after seeing my review on yelp. Unfortunately I was at work so I didn't answer. I called back and he didn't answer and of course I didn't get a call back and they did nothing to address the poor service.

I use COIT for carpet cleaning for a while now. I had my appt yesterday and this goes out to Andrew. I had no disappointment in the past but after speaking to you in regards to my complaint you were demeaning & showed no concern to my issue! You questioned me "what should you do about it" when you as a manager are there to fix things to make customers satisfied! I know your customer service has gotten bad with new staff at your office maybe you should consider reevaluating some staff or retraining could help . So today... read more

I have used Coit for their carpet cleaning services for years. I decided to get my air ducts cleaned this year since we are expecting twins. I was told the carpet cleaning and the HVAC cleaning are two departments so this review is purely for the HVAC cleaning. I had told my husband that morning the reason I go with Coit even though they are more expensive is because they clean up after themselves. They started by removing each vent to wash and clean. I like coit for duct cleaning. But not so much for carpet cleaning. I got stains out of my carpet myself with my little steam cleaner. For professional carpet cleaning i will go elsewhere.

Worst Service Ever!! False Advertisement at it's finest. Guys name was Victor, and we asked him to do our living room and 1 bedroom. He was in finished in less than 20 mins, and claimed that was the best he could do. Wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!

Coit was hired by my Insurance company to do the finishing work on our home after a toilet overflowed and damaged flooring. Paul Davis did the original drying and damage removal. Coit repaired sheet rock, painted and hired flooring company. 5 months later, January, we inspected the property upon tenants vacating and the floors were buckled through out. I really hardly use Yelp to review a company but I felt I had to! I hadn't used COIT for 25 years due to a bad experience. I had moved to a new house, new location. So, I thought I'd try it again. My house is three years old, no kids, no pets, and very minimally decorated. I scheduled an appointment on-line for a PM, and was called at 8:00am and asked if they could come by 9:00am.
