i. am. impressed. had an appointment this morning with coit, to have them clean my dryer vent. it was in baaaaaad shape. dean mcdaniel arrived a few minutes before the start of the service window and got to work immediately. he explained all sorts of things to me after the vent was clean, and now my dryer is working very efficiently. the process, from beginning to end, was quick, dean is very professional, informative, and personable, and i appreciate him and coit VERY much. hire coit, you will not be disappointed!

this is an amazing company. i had new "life-time warranty against stains" carpet installed in my home. in four months there were stains. coit came out and cleaned my carpets, and the stains seemingly came out. when it re-appeared i called coit and they came right out to re-clean it, no charge or questions asked. it then reappeared again, and they came out a third time to clean it. i am now dealing with mohawk and they want proof of cleaning, and i cannot find my invoices. i just called and they promised to sent copies ... read more

From start to finish, service was impeccable. I called early one morning and an estimator was able to come out the same day. The estimator was professional and efficient. I was able to schedule the service on a day and time that was best for me, and only a couple of days later. The person who cleaned the carpets and the slate was on time, professional and efficient. We have used COIT 3 times in the last 5 months for 2 homes and each time service was excellent. We've had them clean carpets in both homes and clean hardwood floors and clean the ducts in one. We were very pleased with the results and service. We had many different things estimated, I was surprised and pleased with all the services they provide at very reasonable rates. COIT was just great! Cleaned the ducts and vents. Very courtesy, polite and very nice techs that came to my home-cleaned my furnace and everything. I am very pleased! I will always rely on COIT! I had a sofa cleaned by them years ago, it was excellent-like new. 40% off the bill-very happy with the excellent service.

Just had my duct system cleaned out. Excellent service. Friendly guys. The dog seems to think they make to much noise though. I was very impressed considering when this house was built and never has this been done. It was pretty dirty, and they even clean the screens, nice job. Plan on calling them again for other services

I live in Lodi and have had many disappointing experiences with carpet cleaners. These guys were great. Four rooms for $225 with Scotch-guard. They had great equipment and spent 90 minutes. They also put mats on the floor to protect my wood floors and also set up corner guards to protect my corner walls. Highly recommended!

I had always used Coit for carpet cleaning in the past & they did great work. Just moved back to Modesto area, & used them again. Horrible job, will never use them again. Very unhappy. We weren't in town when they steamed cleaned the carpet. The home was empty. $565

After we experienced a significant water leak, Coit services were fine for mitigation - removal of carpet, baseboards and cabinetry, plus placing drying fans. This part was acceptable. DO NOT use them for any repairs. Not only will they not provide any details on their estimates, they do not employ skilled workers for cabinet rebuilding or painting. If you care about a quality finished product, hire trained professionals. We are paying for someone to fix their mistakes. Disappointing (and expensive).
