Coit came and did the water/mold mitigation last month, and did a great job. Now they won't come back and do the repairs. Gabby there was my contact person & between myself and my insurance agent contacted her 5 times to get the repairs scheduled with zero results. Repairs that she submitted the estimate for herself. My insurance approved it a long time ago & I have a check for to pay. All I get is I'll get the repair date set for you and get hold of you by the end of the day. NEVER CONTRACT WITH COIT IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT. If I could give a 0 I would. They have been working on a unit near my apartment. First we found big saw razors, multiple, sticking out of the grass. We told management and a Coit rep came out to talk to them, the saws stopped but everything else: nothing changed. My house flooded and they came for two hours and they charged me for six. It was because they said they charge a three hr minimum and had two people come. They charged after hours price for basically leaving fans inside and dry vacuuming the water coming in. The guys were nice and generally so was the customer service. They were fast to come out, do a quote and come and provide the services. The techs were very professional, (aside from bending my filter cover) ilthe office manager will l return my phone call after they OVERCHARGED me. They said they would need two (2) techs on site, due to our stacked washer and dryer, they would have to charge me higher for them to navigate that. Coit will not/cannot remove dog pee odor from carpet. After several attempts cleaning the areas myself using carpet detergent, dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent with only limited success, I resorted to calling the professionals at Coit to clean my living room carpet, thinking that if anyone could to the job, they certainly could (WRONG). Made an appointment to get an estimate and the guy called saying it would be 10. He called back saying 11 and then never showed up. We canceled at 11:30!! He calls after we cancelled and says he is 15 minutes away. My husband said we don't need unreliable service! Such a big company and to have employees bringing you down is sad! Coit better get on it and hire reliable people!!!

Final price held true to quote, which was nice. Booking time was a quick turnaround. The gentlemen who came out were both friendly and professional. Ours was more of a maintenance clean and didn't really have any big obvious stains, so there's no exciting before and after news. But everything looked great and I'm pleased with the job. It was an okay service. The job was done. My mom had air duct and dryer vent cleaning at her home in Modesto which hasn't been done for about 20 years since the home was bought 1999 which was well needed. She spent over $1000 to have the service done on a 2300 sq. ft. home, 4 bed, 3 bath. What stuck in my mind was a couple of things. There was 2 vents located at high ceilings in the home.
