Used Coit, Modesto in April. Very poor cleaning. They offered to come back and make it right. I was okay with that. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of open down time. We flew to Las Vegas to visit our daughter who works for the Smith Company Theatre. Have a Carpet/Drapery Cleaning/Replacement job that you want done wrong the first time call COIT! What I Purchased: 1)Remove carpet and pad in two bedrooms and a hallway. 2)Lay new padding. 3) Reinstall and stretch carpets. 4) Clean all carpets in the home. 5)Clean and rehang drapes. 6) Re-cord drapes. I give one star for customer service! I had them out to clean carpets and hardwood floors. I am very disappointed. ( first time I have had my hardwood floors done professionally. The finished product for my entry hardwood is blotchy and feels like someone forgot to finish a sanding job! I called immediately after the mandatory " stay off floors for 2 hours" to find a very horrible finish on my floors. I've been getting my carpets cleaned with COIT maybe 2 years now I'm not completely sure I called the day before to ask if my coupon would be valid for my carpet cleaning and was told YES moving forward the day of my carpet cleaning is here this time it's a new guy instead of Russell whom was very polite and nice we love Russell as well here is the downfall it comes time to pay and my coupon wasn't honored because the supervisor Kris said so lol they claimed we got 40% off but we always pay 160$ you'd think HE would value h... read more

If I could give no stars I would. Had them come out to do 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room and a large area rug. Somehow this all took only an hour. It did not even look like that carpets had been touched. Not one spot came out even though I was told no problem those will come out easy. When I questioned the kid that did them he said wait till they dry the spots will lighten up a lot, which of course never happened. Will never use Coit again!

They charge around 100% more than other competitors and that was with the discount. Not sure why, other carpet cleaners took around the same time(except for one that I have used), how it was cleaned was the same, and the carpet looked the same as the others after cleaning.

This place is a joke stay clear the manager Andrew Rogers along with their onsite estimator are liars I was told my rebuild estimate from Coit would be done today only to find out Bob has the day off so I asked if my estimate was done which it was and asked to email it to me Andrew says no and proceeds to tell me I have an estimate well duh I gave Bob my estimate from AAA which is inaccurate that's why Bob was doing another one but now he is out of office Andrew again says I have an estimate yes the one I gave them so pathe... read more

If I could go lower, I would. Don't even get me started......one comment made to us by the tech....."it's just going to look like crap", within 5-10 minutes, we were inquiring about cleaning our slate. Not very good customer service. I just couldn't believe he would say something like that. Manager came out but damage was done. Horrible service, horrible ~~ Judy~~
