Against my better judgment, I selected COIT based on the quote they gave me over the phone. I had two bedrooms, a hallway, stairwell, and large family room that we over estimated as three rooms to get what I thought would be a quote that couldn't possibly go up once they arrived. I called Coit because of their TV ads and without checking Yelp first. Go with someone local who gets good reviews! Coit lost my original appointment and had to reschedule. I called repeatedly to ask for a different rescheduled time, they said someone would call me back, and no one ever did. When the guy showed up, he said my wooden stairs (which they never asked me about) would be a problem and that I had to sign a waiver in case he damaged them getting his equipment upstairs (which I refused and instead helped carry his eq... read more

This Coit carpet company is not reliable. Not on time. Last minutes they guy called in sick. No one else can be replaced for his work. We are all working full time people . I took time off from work for the carpet cleaning. Specially this is just an estimate for the carpet cleaning. Later the manager called and told me " life happens , people get sick". Wow.... that's how they run business? Please don't use them. I'm very very very disappointed!!!

we had used coit once before. to clean our couch. it went ok. thought we would give them a try, we scheduled an appt for an estimate to clean our granite countertop. 1st guy( estimater) shows up on a Tuesday gives us an estimate, work is scheduled for a Thursday. 2nd guy to clean says he does not have the correct chemicals to do the job and it is not his territory( he is filling in for someone) he tells us the w/o says stone, not granite. he cannot do it. we reschedule again for the following Tuesday. 1st ... read more

Very bad service. I had schedule between 9am-11am, they called at 11am to pushed out to 1pm-2pm. at 3pm no one show up or even called. I called 1800 number the lady was rude very unprofessional, my day was ruin because I pushed out my schedule to get my carpet clean and my furnace clean. The guy showed up at 3:15pm, I should of cancel but I thought I've been waiting all day, might it well get it done. He did a bad job. They were not what advertise. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

We made an appointment 3 weeks before for heater duct cleaning. I called them the day of the appointment, they said they would return my call, never did. I took the day off from work to be there in their "appointment window", and they never showed, never called. They will never get any business from me, completely unprofessional. Should be Zero stars.

Horrible service. Took my drapes and committed to clean and return by March 23. Called March 22 and said that there will be no one in my area so could not deliver - ridiculous since it is 15 miles from Burlingame. Rescheduled for March 29 in the a.m. and then I get a call saying they would be here between 2 and 4 pm -- I had cleared my calendar. That is when I lost it -- they can't keep their commitment nor appointments. I would not recommend this place. They do not deliver (literally) and can not keep appointments. L... read more

Awful... Customer Service it terrible. Leslie and Madeline I believe her name is are jokes. Rather do business with Stanley Steamer.
