We had received an estimate for Coit to clean our carpets along with window blinds and clean/seal granite countertops which we approved. When serviceperson arrived, he informed me that he only had an order to clean the carpets. I contacted Coit to ask for an explanation as to why the blinds, granite counters were not included. I received a call thereafter from a supervisor who apologized for their error and offered a 50% discount for balance of work, which I rejected. Don't use these people. I only booked them because Stanley Steemer (a wonderful, professional company that I would recommend) could not do they cleaning that I needed. Coit employees are NOT reliable -- they just completely messed up my entire work schedule by showing up over four hours late! They were supposed to be to my place for a simple cleaning of only one piece of furniture between 10-12pm. They showed up at 2:13pm, as I was on my way out the door, after giving up on them. Mediocre at best.... I PAID 550.00 for the top of the line package for 4 small furnished rooms and a hall. The sales rep could not answer all my queations and said the tech would explain... On claening day... The tech claimed he was a supervisor and immediately started making statements about how good he was and how much expience ha has etc... Do not waste your time with Coit. I waited 1.5 weeks for an appointment to simply clean my upholstery. I let management know when making the arrangements my address in San Francisco. I rearrange the scheduled times three times today alone to accommodate the cleaners. Technician arrived and refused to do the job. He said it's very challenging in San Francisco to find parking. The worst service. Didn't show up for the schediappointment. Waithed three hours all day for nothing. When I called they were suppose to call back on the status of the worker and never did. The drive finally call me at 4:40. Tell tell me he's running late. The appointment was for 1:00 to 4:00. I called at 3;00 and was told he was still on schedule. Ha what a joke. Never again. I see others who also experienced similar treatment. What a shame. Those commercials don't reflect the service you get which on this case, nothing

First and last time i'll try their service. Had scheduled a service for a duct cleaning this Tuesday. I received a call that day at 11:00 that they had to reschedule as the worker was sick. I was rescheduled for Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00. It was 3:20 and no one had showed up yet, so I called to confirm my service and to find out the status of the worker. Absolutely horrible customer service and very unprofessional! COIT did not stand by anything they said and took absolutely no responsibility after they completely DESTROYED OUR COUCH due to their careless errors made during their cleaning process. Our carpets were also skimmed over and looked as if they were never cleaned just a few days after having them cleaned by COIT. COIT cost us a fortune to repair all the damages they caused including having to reupholster our entire couch! The COIT corporate office did absolutely not... read more

We scheduled with Coit to have HVAC cleaning of our ducts followed by carpet cleaning on the same day. The person who was to clean the carpets called in the morning to say that everyone had cancelled on him and he wanted to come in a couple of hours. I let him know that the s duct cleaning person would be here then. Soon after, the 'general manager" called to say that the carpet cleaner had an emergency and needed to reschedule for the following week. Coit picked up my draperies for cleaning, and a week later called to inform me that they had been "shredded". I called and was told this happened because the fabric was 15 years old, and that I had signed a notice saying this was at my risk. In fact, the only thing I signed was the notice that ALL customers are required to sign, which made no reference to the age or condition of the drapes, even though there were check-off boxes for that very purpose.
