When I called they were suppose to call back on the status of the worker and never did. The drive finally call me at 4:40. Tell tell me he's running late. The appointment was for 1:00 to 4:00. I called at 3;00 and was told he was still on schedule. Ha what a joke. Never again. I see others who also experienced similar treatment. What a shame. Those commercials don't reflect the service you get which on this case, nothing

First and last time i'll try their service. Had scheduled a service for a duct cleaning this Tuesday. I received a call that day at 11:00 that they had to reschedule as the worker was sick. I was rescheduled for Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00. It was 3:20 and no one had showed up yet, so I called to confirm my service and to find out the status of the worker. Absolutely horrible customer service and very unprofessional! COIT did not stand by anything they said and took absolutely no responsibility after they completely DESTROYED OUR COUCH due to their careless errors made during their cleaning process. Our carpets were also skimmed over and looked as if they were never cleaned just a few days after having them cleaned by COIT. We scheduled with Coit to have HVAC cleaning of our ducts followed by carpet cleaning on the same day. The person who was to clean the carpets called in the morning to say that everyone had cancelled on him and he wanted to come in a couple of hours. I let him know that the s duct cleaning person would be here then. Soon after, the 'general manager" called to say that the carpet cleaner had an emergency and needed to reschedule for the following week. Coit picked up my draperies for cleaning, and a week later called to inform me that they had been "shredded". I called and was told this happened because the fabric was 15 years old, and that I had signed a notice saying this was at my risk. In fact, the only thing I signed was the notice that ALL customers are required to sign, which made no reference to the age or condition of the drapes, even though there were check-off boxes for that very purpose. My first consultation with COIT was great. So I scheduled an appointment to have my air ducts cleaned on 8/7/2021. I called them on Friday, the day before my appointment to confirm and if there was anything else I needed to do on my end. They confirmed and said they would be there on Saturday between 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Saturday morning - day of my appointment 10:35 am - waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. The person who came out to give us a quote was "only there to do the measurements" and couldn't tell me the difference in the levels of service he quoted and referred me back to the dispatcher to see if I could talk with a technician. At least he was on time..... When I called the company after he left, they said they'd have an actual technician call me back, but it ended up being another dispatcher who said I'd need to talk to the guy who came out and couldn't get off of the phone fast enough. Basically, the manager forced our technician to leave before he actually finished the job. We had to clean the rest ourselves and wasted 200 dollars. We had someone come to clean out the lint from our dryer vent, but something still wasn't working. While the technician was trying to look for the actual issue, his office representative/manager called many times for him to stop working. No call, no show. I had an appointment booked for earlier this week that I booked a month ago. Nobody showed up and when I called I was told that they had a worker call in. They claimed the left me a message about rescheduling but I had no message. Next I was told 'I have the manager her on the phone now and will get her to call you'. Guess what? I never heard from the manager either! Pro business tip: don't ghost your customers
