Similar to the other reviews I had a scheduling nightmare with Coit. After rescheduling once and getting a time set, I received a call the morning of saying the couldn't make it. I called their 800 number and was told they would be there but 2 hours later then the original appointment. Then I received a call saying they couldn't make it on the scheduled day. A wasted day.

Made 3 calls and one online appt and still couldn't get a call back from Coit with an appt. First made an online appt for dryer vent cleaning and received confirmation for the day requested and email said I would be receiving a call 24-48 hours prior to scheduled date for a window appt for technician to come. Received no call, so I called 4 pm evening before day of appt. Now they tell me they don't have a technician to do dryer vent cleaning for the day it was scheduled and it was rescheduled for another day. Same thin... read more

COIT has canceled on me twice now so I'm done. Very frustrating. The first time they just told me same day the weren't coming. The second time was today when they canceled because I didn't respond to a voice mail they left yesterday. Canceling your scheduled time because you didn't respond to a voice mail you didn't know you were going to get is very frustrating. And the phone number they called from gets routed to another location where no one can reach the local office.

I made an appointment online for carpet cleaning a few weeks ago. Someone called from their office to ask if it would be possible to switch the days. No problem, I told her, and we agreed on a time and day, but nobody showed up. Not a nice way to treat repeat customers.

I would avoid calling COIT unless you enjoy waiting for contractors not to show up. I waited around for them three times, and they never showed up or called. When I contacted them to find out if they were sending someone out I was told their team had called in sick at the last minute (three times over the course of two months). Based on the other reviews I have seen here they must have some critically ill people working for them, or they are really piss-poor liars who don't know how to keep a schedule. Against my better judgment, I selected COIT based on the quote they gave me over the phone. I had two bedrooms, a hallway, stairwell, and large family room that we over estimated as three rooms to get what I thought would be a quote that couldn't possibly go up once they arrived. Boy was I wrong! I was quoted $250-$280 with deodorizing over the phone, and told this was with a 40% discount. I called Coit because of their TV ads and without checking Yelp first. Go with someone local who gets good reviews! Coit lost my original appointment and had to reschedule. I called repeatedly to ask for a different rescheduled time, they said someone would call me back, and no one ever did. When the guy showed up, he said my wooden stairs (which they never asked me about) would be a problem and that I had to sign a waiver in case he damaged them getting his equipment upstairs (which I refused and instead helped carry his eq... read more

This Coit carpet company is not reliable. Not on time. Last minutes they guy called in sick. No one else can be replaced for his work. We are all working full time people . I took time off from work for the carpet cleaning. Specially this is just an estimate for the carpet cleaning. Later the manager called and told me " life happens , people get sick". Wow.... that's how they run business? Please don't use them. I'm very very very disappointed!!!

we had used coit once before. to clean our couch. it went ok. thought we would give them a try, we scheduled an appt for an estimate to clean our granite countertop. 1st guy( estimater) shows up on a Tuesday gives us an estimate, work is scheduled for a Thursday. 2nd guy to clean says he does not have the correct chemicals to do the job and it is not his territory( he is filling in for someone) he tells us the w/o says stone, not granite. he cannot do it. we reschedule again for the following Tuesday. 1st ... read more
