Yet another very disappointing experience with COIT. If half a star were an option, that's all I would give them. From not confirming appointment and showing up at a random time, to messing up the pick up dates of our rugs numerous times, to taking 21 days to bring them back (instead of the 7-10 days), and having to call them to ask where our rugs were, to then receiving our rugs outside of the delivery window and finding that they weren't even cleaned! I had a appt last Saturday 9/7 and they waited until 2pm to notify me that they were not coming because someone called in sick. I rescheduled for today 9/14 with the promise of a 40% discount to have a sofa cleaned and my hardwood floors. They arrived on time, never introduced themselves and told me that the HW floors is a 3-4 hr process and it has to be the first appt of the day, etc and then he said "the office should tell you that because the customers get pissed off at us" as he continued to talk over me. Made an appt for a quote weeks ago, they never called. I had to call to confirm and they verified the date.. however today, they never called or came. Poor customer service - before they even started. ** UPDATE: They made it right and did a great thorough job yesterday. Thanks for taking the time to work with me.

We met with Scott who was very professional and gave us an estimate to steam clean the bathrooms at our church. However, the day for the cleaning came and I sat waiting for three hours. No one showed up. After reading other reviews, I see this happens often with Coit. Wish I had the reviews before I called them. Such a disappointment.

I do not give poor reviews lightly, but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. After coming out to our condo and providing an estimate and having to schedule out a couple weeks for both the estimate and actual work, when the service person arrived on the day the work was to be performed, he said that COIT actually cannot do the work because it would involve coordinating with maintenance of the whole building to turn off the main heater (in order to clean the heating duct). Called 1 1/2 hours into the time frame they gave us to say they are not coming. Spent whole weekend tearing house apart moving furniture to make it go smooth. First time I've called them and most likely last.

They are actually good at cleaning stuff. Back in 2016 I used them to clean my hardwood floors and it cost me 390 bucks and that is with a 50 percent discount. This time it cost me 725 bucks with a forty percent discount. I complained and they took twenty five bucks off. I will not use COIT again. I recommend that you use a Mom and Pop business which might be more inclined to give you a better deal.

When you are just NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH!!! I made an appointment last week with COIT for upholstery cleaning. My appointment was for Tuesday June 11, 2019 from 3-5. So I get a phone call around 2:30 telling me that the guy that is going to clean the upholstery is running late and they cannot accommodate me today. So when will you come???
