My first consultation with COIT was great. So I scheduled an appointment to have my air ducts cleaned on 8/7/2021. I called them on Friday, the day before my appointment to confirm and if there was anything else I needed to do on my end. They confirmed and said they would be there on Saturday between 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Saturday morning - day of my appointment 10:35 am - waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. The person who came out to give us a quote was "only there to do the measurements" and couldn't tell me the difference in the levels of service he quoted and referred me back to the dispatcher to see if I could talk with a technician. At least he was on time..... When I called the company after he left, they said they'd have an actual technician call me back, but it ended up being another dispatcher who said I'd need to talk to the guy who came out and couldn't get off of the phone fast enough. Basically, the manager forced our technician to leave before he actually finished the job. We had to clean the rest ourselves and wasted 200 dollars. We had someone come to clean out the lint from our dryer vent, but something still wasn't working. While the technician was trying to look for the actual issue, his office representative/manager called many times for him to stop working. No call, no show. I had an appointment booked for earlier this week that I booked a month ago. Nobody showed up and when I called I was told that they had a worker call in. They claimed the left me a message about rescheduling but I had no message. Next I was told 'I have the manager her on the phone now and will get her to call you'. Guess what? I never heard from the manager either! Pro business tip: don't ghost your customers

Great Technician and job well done. But be ware of HIDDEN FEES! I thought I asked all the right questions to avoid just this and they still got me. I called and asked for a quote for air vent and dryer vent and possible tile and granite, so they said sure and sent someone out. Person who came over asked me to show him were vents were, I pointed them out as well as the dryer , I showed him where my washer and dryer are located and he said they would go on the roof to clean the lint. I waited for the cleaners on the scheduled date. When they did not arrive within the time period I was given, I called them. At that time I was advised that an emergency had come up and that my appointment had been rescheduled for next week. I was not called, texted or emailed to be notified of this change. If their customer service is this bad, I do not trust them to complete the professional service that they also promised. Unprofessional and unacceptable service.

This was quite an experience...and quite an awful one. Apologies for this lengthy review, but it's important. First, I want to give HUGE thanks to Nghia, the experienced technigian who traveled nearly 220 mi RT to my home on his day off (Saturday) to fix the damage that was done to my tile floors the previous day by an inexperienced Coit technician. I had Coit clean 6 curtains for $320. I needed them to get chemicals out of my curtains, no matter what that took. I was not worried about damaging the curtains. I just needed the chemicals out. They only did a "light cleaning," whatever that means. It seems like they did nothing at all. They at first offered to do a reclean. But then they called back, refusing, telling me I just need to buy new curtains.

They have no heart! I BEGGED them to help us (we were suffering in 100+degree heat and whatever was blowing out of our vents was making the sinus infection I had worse). They told me they only come out our way once a week on Wednesdays (I called on Thursday). So we waited. And waited. We were repeated told someone would call to give us a time slot. No one called.
