I called them to schedule air duct cleaning, but they told me they'd call me the day before the appointment to give me a two hour window to wait for them. (I called on Monday to schedule a Friday Appointment) I told them that I couldn't keep my whole day open for them - I had other appointments to schedule that day. Rep showed up four hours late for estimate. Technician showed up over an hour and a half early for confirmed appointment. I asked for a complete estimate, and the technician then told me we had to pay extra to have furniture moved, and it would cost another $100 to actually take care of the problem. With service this bad before actually having the work done, I decided to go with another company.
What a waste of money! (reviewing Coit in Tacoma, WA) The first day Coit was supposed to show up was a no show. The next day the guy came almost an hour later than he was scheduled. When started setting up I left him alone to work. I figured he would be busy for at least an hour. Instead, when I returned about 20 minutes later, he was putting his supplies away! So after paying Hundreds of $$ I would think that my carpets would look great. Nope. They look bad. They didn't even look much better right away much less now that its been a month. No stains were removed any my carpet doesn't look any whiter. It looks over all adarker shade than it did before, almost like soap was left on and attracted more dirt. I'm very dissapointed.
