I'm only leaving a review now because they keep calling me about getting my carpets cleaned by them again. I keep telling that I'm not interested but they call anyways. I had my carpets cleaned by them last year and I emailed them about my dissatisfaction but never heard back from them. When they cleaned my carpets the guy that did it had seemingly rushed through the job. I was disappointed by this but my complaint wasn't responded to after a couple of attempts to reach them.

Very expensive. I got it done in half price than what COIT estimated that too after 40% off. I simply wasted my time on them. Not worth it. They are many better and cheaper carpet cleaners available.

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! And for redundancy purposes: DO NOT HIRE!!! Keep reading if you like reading because it's going to get spicy... Where does one start... a customer service representative cold called my wife to offer carpet cleaning services advertising a promotional 40% off deal. So far so good! Their scheduling system SUCKS. You schedule an appointment for an estimate a few days in the future and they call you day off with a two hour window of when they will arrive; the dude who showed up my door at 9:30am had apparently called me 5 times starting at 7:30am. He also apparently was just here for an estimate on cleaning the ducts, not also for cleaning the sofa I had specified in my online request. I would give Coit Cleaning and Restoration in the Bellevue zero stars if I could. They picked up my rugs and pads on July 15 and I still do not have the pads after three delays! First they came to clean the upholstery and were to return the rugs. Guess what? No rugs. Then they came back at a later date and had the rugs...asking my husband to help carry the rugs inside and announced the pads had not been cleaned! We're moving this week and decided to get a couple of fabric chairs cleaned. I went online to their site last week and scheduled an appointment for today. This morning a highly stressed but nice guy called and said "the system messed up" and they couldn't make my appointment, could I reschedule. No, I'm moving day after tomorrow. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! The COIT "technician" was here from 12:01 until 12:17 (thank God my Ring doorbell recorded the time) to clean carpets in my 2600 sq ft house. (Yes, 16 minutes.). He hurriedly asked for my $438 check, and then ran out the door before a walk through. As he was loading his truck I noticed much of the carpet was still dry, and spots were not even touched. I discovered my dryer vent was needing cleaned on Saturday so took a chance and called and a very nice lady answered and said someone could come out on Tuesday between 8-12am. Quoted me $125 for vent and $150 for carpet. Perfect! I also asked if they could clean my carpets at the same time since I was home. (I had to take morning off) sure was the answer as well. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate of dryer vent cleaning. I was called today and asked if I wanted the cleaning done today or estimate. I said estimate. The rep said ok, I'll be there between 1:30-3:30. He called at 2:15 to say he was running late, said he needed to ask me some questions: what did I want done, I said dryer vent cleaning.
