Don't use! The worst carpet cleaning service that ever entered my home in 20 years......they are awful. Took us 2 days to strip off the film they sprayed on our tile....our carpets were not clean when they finished. Their tech was very dishonest and wrote additions to the agreement after we had signed it. The management told me that they had their best tech at my house....who spent a total 1.5 hours including the half hour spent super selling us on the amazing job he was going to give us to clean our 2900 sq ft home carpets... read more

We paid over $200.00 with their 40% "special" and it was the worse job. After asking what the normal drying time was I was told 1 day but it took 3 days to dry because the guy soaked our carpets and then tried to over compensate with the machine to get the excess water out of the carpets which caused us to have them re-stretched. When we called to complain we were told that we must have "cheap" carpets which is NOT the case. These people could really use some lessons in communications. Firstly I call to cancel my first appointment to reschedule for today only to have one person show up and another one call...now today when I'm sitting in waiting NO ONE SHOWS. You lost our business Coit! Next time try caring about the customer instead of making it sound like it's our fault.

Coit in Seattle gave me a 45% off discount over the telephone. Their quotes are misleading. He neglected to tell me that there is a minimum fee and 45% off applies to other services than I was requesting. I'd rather have a small company who is honest about the price than this kind of manipulation.

My house has never smelled worse than after the Coit team came. They've been by four times over a month's time and my couch still has an odor the likes of which only a gym sock has ever achieved prior to coit's visit.

Coit was a no show. Received a call about 10 minutes into my 2 hour arrival window saying they may be a few minutes late. An hour and 40 minutes later, they call back and say they will be at least 2-3 more hours before arriving! No attempt to try to get another crew instead (I had to ask). Coit office never called with alternate plan, I had to call them after waiting for 15 more minutes. Bait and Switch!! Estimator told us they would clean under the beds. Therefore we hired them. When the guy came to clean the carpeting, he said they could NOT clean under the beds (plus he REEKED of smoke). Also put some gashes in the wall. Better Business Bureau tried to get a response from the company and they didn't reply. Sent me a $100 gift card - so when do they think I'll need them cleaned again? DON'T HIRE THEM.

Wasted a Saturday waiting for Coit, but they never showed. 2 days before I was given a window of 12 to 2pm. The day before, they called to confirm. Saturday approx 10am they called to say they had to push me back to 3 to 5pm. Then at approx 1:30 received a call they would probably be closer to 4 or 5pm. At 5:15 pm I called the Coit office, but they were closed. I continued to wait until past 6pm. No one called and no one showed.
