The estimator estimated the quote for stone(granite) cleaning and job to take about 6 hours. Scheduling team scheduled us for 3 PM on another day next week and confirmed. Even after checking multiple times with the scheduler, he confirmed the job will be done on the day itself. On 3 PM on the scheduled day, I get a call expressing the concern the job will take long and it will be hard to do it that day. We took half day off, prepared everything for cleaning kitchen granite. In hindsight, we should have read the reviews before choosing Coit. The recurring theme here is that prices quoted over the phone are no where close to actual costs charged on date of service. Quoted $180-220 over the phone for a sectional couch and 4 bar stools. Guy showed up and said it would be $490 after 40% discount (another recurring theme). So I had my carpets cleaned and I had stains on them and I paid for deodorizing and everything and the young man that came out and did it had only work for them for 4 months and actually my stains did not come up whatsoever and I don't smell any of the deodorizer he put on absolutely nothing Some areas of my rug were so soaking wet. They are still wet today 48 hours later I'm not very happy with this carpet cleaning. Good news first...in the end, the carpets are clean and look nice. But there were bumps along the road that I had to go through to get there. I will not be using Coit again in the future for my cleaning needs. On the same date as my estimate, the rep and I agreed to have the large carpets taken to their cleaning facility to be professionally cleaned and deodorized. Pros: showed up on time Gentleman doing the service was nice Cons: WAY TO EXPENSIVE (2 couches and 15 stairs WITH A 40% DISCOUNT WAS $400) couldn't get stains out that Chem dry was able to Didn't wear any shoe protectors in my home Left water EVERYWHERE. I had to clean it all up Bottom line: don't be intrigued by the discounts they offer. Without discounts chem dry cleaned 5 rooms and stairs for $300 in a 2500 sq ft home. Lesson learned.

Excellent phone service but that is it. My good quality carpet is 19 months old with an excellent stain master protection. The laborer with a language barrier explained that the steam cleaning would strip the factory stain resistance protection that made virtually any spot come clean. I even cleaned up spilled wine. The man said I would need the Coit stain resistance application after the cleaning for additional cost. We have been a consistent customer for 31 years. Our most recent experience included cleaning 7 rooms + stairs & hallway & Coit taking our 8 x 10 rug (20% silk) with them. A few days later, Coit representative "Noosan" called to tell us we had moth eggs & "although he is not a salesman, he could do deep clean to get rid of them for $1,127. we had our ducts and draperies cleaned. quality of work.....satisfactory. employees, not so much. duct guy was here on time. However, he didn't wear boot covers, a problem because he was in and out of the crawl space. I had to ask him to remove an air nozzle from his back pocket because it stuck out to the side far enough to scratch my wife's china hutch. about this time (also on time) the drapery guy gets here. first words out of his mouth were "can I use your bathroom?" after which he gets to removing the drapes, my fat... read more

horrible!!! the quote i got over the phone was 200 bucks cheaper then what i paid, the man that came barely spoke English and he smelled really bad. after two hours and 500 dollars later i think i have clean ducts but who knows. for that price you would think it would come with new filters but no. o not to mention i had a 40 percent off coupon. stay away!
