I have used another service for many years by the initial Stan . . .the ones in the yellow vans. Stan let me down with an appointment so I called Coit to have them clean my carpets. Pro: They called when they said they would for the time frame for the appointment. They arrived on time and called before they arrived. The gentlemen who showed up was courteous. OVERPRICED!! Coit had two separate technicians come to our home--one for the air ducts and one for the other services we wanted. They refused to quote prices over the phone. We have a very small home, with eight air ducts. It cost $300 to have them cleaned. When the other technician arrived, it cost $370 to have the grout cleaned in two very small bathrooms, our one sofa cleaned, and the extremely small carpeted staircase cleaned (it only has ten narrow stairs going up to our attic). I hired Coit to steam clean the travertine tile in my bathroom. After two Coit employees were cleaning for over an hour, I figured things would be sparkling. What I found instead were big blotches of grime that didn't get addressed on the walls of my shower. It left me wondering...how could you miss these very obvious stains? Not good.

Let me make this clear to anyone who considers COIT Cleaners. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! On 02/19/15, COIT was called to move an appointment from February to March. So even with the iffy reviews about scheduled time for service, I went with Coit because the guy who did the estimate assured me that the 2 hr window would work. I called and scheduled the date and time requesting 10AM. On the day OF the service they called and said they were running late because the company over scheduled them and they would be there between 11and 1 PM. I received another call and said he was still running late and would get there after 1PM. It was almost 2PM when he arrived. This is not acceptable. I ha... read more

This Company is not located in Silverdale. They do not give a physical address for the location in Silverdale (because there isn't one) and I drove to the location pin pointed on the map in the directions. I hate how companies say they're "located" somewhere so they show up in a search of the area when they're not actually there.

Don't even call unless you want to be bothered by their telemarketers on a weekly basis for years. P.S. If you're reading this, Coit Cleaning, please stop calling me (it's been years now) and I'll consider revising my review. Their quote was ridiculously expensive as well (around a grand to clean a sofa), and that was after their generous 45% discount.

We have numerous people coming over for Thanksgiving and needed to have our basement carpet and sectional cleaned, as there were numerous dog and teenage boy stains all over the carpet. I called Coit and had an appointment to have them cleaned last Sat (23 Nov), but they called on short notice and cancelled because of an equipment issue. I called Coit about two weeks ago to schedule an appointment to get someone to give me an estimate on getting my air ducts cleaned. I received a phone call a day before the appointment (Friday). The guy told me what time he would be there on Saturday. He called me Saturday morning 5 min before he was scheduled to be at my home. He was 1 1/2 hours away. He said he would be late.
