we had our ducts and draperies cleaned. quality of work.....satisfactory. employees, not so much. duct guy was here on time. However, he didn't wear boot covers, a problem because he was in and out of the crawl space. horrible!!! the quote i got over the phone was 200 bucks cheaper then what i paid, the man that came barely spoke English and he smelled really bad. after two hours and 500 dollars later i think i have clean ducts but who knows. for that price you would think it would come with new filters but no. o not to mention i had a 40 percent off coupon. stay away!

Trouble scheduling. Coit was unable to show up on the day scheduled so I had to reschedule. This was for a rental home so I had to make a couple of trips to meet with the person from Coit. The carpets and entry tiles looked clean upon completion. I also needed my dryer vent cleaning but was told I would have to call the office to have a dyer cleaner specialist come out. I don't know where to start, I am not happy with my service at all. I called Coit to schedule my 2 couches to be dry cleaned. Dispatch assured me that they will dry clean my couches with no problem. Great, I said because I need dry clean NOT steam clean as I know the fabric is labeled dry clean only! I scheduled the cleaning during my vacation. Initial quote was more than we wanted to spend. They then called back and said they could do it for less money. The Tech was there maybe (?) 15 minutes. He never moved a thing, left some stains next to the dining room table (did not go over this area) and did not clean the heavy traffic area more than a once over. A terrible cleaning service. They quoted 40% off to get the business but their prices are the same as other cleaning services without a discount.

I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment to get a free estimate for my tile and grout areas. Was told that, the estimator would leave me a message giving me an expected time for his arrival that afternoon. I raced home from work to find that I had no message from Coit, so I called them and was told that I was not on their schedule! If they can't handle setting up an appointment, why would I want to do business with them? So beware.

I have been trying to get them to come out all week. They have more excuses than a caught teenager. Finally, they called this morning to come out after missing yesterday's appointment. They called to tell me they were on their way and then 2 1/2 hours later they called again and said"I'm sorry, but I mixed you up with another customer and I'll come at 3:00." No thank you. I have wasted enought time waiting. My drapes will be vacuumed and rehung.

I had Coit come to clean some carpets in my home and take an area rug for cleaning. It has been nothing but a disappointment and a hassle. Trying to get the appointment scheduled was a feat unto itself because they had to reschedule twice because they were overbooked. COIT dumped crap on my neighbor's yard. Not my yard my neighbors. I now need to clean that up, good thing I saw it before he did. He takes great care of his yard. See the photos. Also posted a photo of the oil stain from the COIT van. Should I have them come back and clean that up? Poor treatment that I need to clean up. COIT it's about the whole experience not just what you do to my carpets. I will never use you again.
