First, I must say this review is long overdue. Jake helped us sell our home and find a new one. His communication and attention to detail are superb. He knows the market and knows what to look for as far as issues with the homes we viewed. And once we found the right home, Jake took the lead (after asking us) in scheduling inspections, tests, etc. Really appreciated that. We'd definitely hire Jake again and recommend him to family & friends.
Sam helped us sell our house in Salem, in the Croisan Hills. We were selling a rental, and the property managers suggested Sam. I contacted a few other realtors, and Sam was the most responsive and informative. One realtor suggested we sell our property for far less because "it won't get an offer otherwise". With Sam's guidance and expertise, we had an offer within 24 hours of listing, and closed a little over a month later. It was quick, painless, and efficient.
