I interviewed three "top producers" in Salem to list my duplex.. I picked Sam for his positive attitude and accessible demeanor. The other 2 had more technology gadgetry, and equal or better knowledge of construction and the neighborhood but I went with what I thought would be the most efficient, most adaptable, quick on his feet option. My instinct was correct. Long story short, the house sold in 60 days at full price. It was a stress free, seamless, pleasant experience the whole way.
I was completely new to buying a home, and Rick was soooo patient with me!! He walked us through what needed to happen and why, and he was very transparent with us regarding the value of homes. We were looking at one, and he very kindly but honestly told us that they were asking too much. He then proceeded to find us a MUCH BETTER home!!
