Chris was Very responsive and easy to work with! He kept me informed as to when the house was being shown even though I was across the country. He negotiated with closing costs which is exactly what I wanted. He was always courteous and honest. He would recommend options for repairs and/or appraisals but leave the decisions to me.

Daniel is highly recommended by my husband and I. We are first time home buyers and we were lucky to have Daniel as our Realtor. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and can even put you in touch with a great lender. Daniel worked hard to close our deal. He has top notch negotiation skills. You won't be disappointed with Daniel as a Realtor. He works with your schedule and will find you a home (or sell yours!).

Chun is a very responsive and extremely knowledgeable agent. I switched to him because my other agent was very slow to respond. Impressive response time to text messages, and calls. As well as, following up with the buyer, seller and mortgage lender. Will use Chun again in a few years to sell and buy another house.

During our house search and purchase last summer, we found Lily to be extremely diligent, attentive and responsive. She is also very pleasant to work with and we enjoyed her company. In addition, she is amazing in her follow up on every detail. In past agent experiences, I have felt that I had to remind and oversee the agent to make sure everything was done. We had a complicated transaction, and Lily was unfaltering in executing all of the many steps it took to get through it.

Sam sold a house for me about 10 hrs ago and when I needed help with a home purchase recently, I reached out to Sam once again for his assistance and expertise. Sam has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase of my new home. The process has gone very smoothly. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I would not hesitate to call Sam again.

Daniel was amazing! He was super friendly and quick to get our house on the market. When he told us what our house could sell for we didn't believe him at first. In only a few weeks we had several offers! The hunt was then on for a suitable replacement home. He worked all hours to find us the home of our dreams and when we decided to build he was there every step of the way with us! We purchased a foreclosed property which is a little different than purchasing from a current owner. Debi was great to work with , she explained everything at each step of the process. We highly recommend her!
