Chun is a very responsive and extremely knowledgeable agent. I switched to him because my other agent was very slow to respond. Impressive response time to text messages, and calls. As well as, following up with the buyer, seller and mortgage lender. Will use Chun again in a few years to sell and buy another house.
During our house search and purchase last summer, we found Lily to be extremely diligent, attentive and responsive. She is also very pleasant to work with and we enjoyed her company. In addition, she is amazing in her follow up on every detail. In past agent experiences, I have felt that I had to remind and oversee the agent to make sure everything was done. We had a complicated transaction, and Lily was unfaltering in executing all of the many steps it took to get through it.
Katie was a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely use her again! She helped us with all our questions and kept us updated on everything that was going on threw our home buying process. I would definitely recommend her to my friends for their home buying and selling needs!!
