My husband and I bought our first home with Daniel's help. I would highly recommend him to our family and friends. With this being our first home, we had lots of questions. Daniel answered them in a way that we could understand. Our sale was quick and easy, and Daniel played a big part in that. He was always available to show properties when we wanted. We interacted with Rick several times over 3 years waiting for the market to come back before listing with him. He performed several CMA's over that time and was always willing to help again, even when we weren't ready to list. Rick was always responsive and timely, and did what he said he'd do. Chun was great to work with! His response time was impeccable. Being noc shift nurses he would pick up the phone in the middle of the night if need be. He made the process of being first time home buyers go very smoothly. Will work with him again!
