Jake was able to help us find our house in a very difficult housing market. The inventory was low, but with his patience and persistence, Jake found the house that matched our needs.
Jake was an excellent agent. He was the listing agent on a property we were interested in purchasing, which is how we met him. We have worked with him 3 times over the years. Jake was responsive when I was shopping for a house. He asked good questions to find the right fit and advised me about the implications of some of my answers. I bought an older home and Jake has also been a huge help after I moved in because he knows plenty of contractors. Jake follows up quickly.
Jake is incredible! He's not just a top notch realtor but he's a top notch guy all around. He's incredibly knowledgeable, personable and down to earth. Doing business with Jake never felt stuffy or sales driven. He makes the process easy and brings a dash of fun! He wants to help you find your dream house that's within your budget and he'll work hard to make it happen. My husband and I 100% recommend him!
Chris was outstanding. This was complicated realestate sale and Chris provided excellent service from beginning to end. He assisted us with all the needed repairs to get the house ready to sell by assisting with hiring contractors and acted as a go between, coordinating the work and overseeing the work to completion. We could not have done this with out him and I highly recommend him to anyone.
It is so hard these days to find someone with customer service skills let alone exceptional ones, or someone who goes that extra 100 miles for the customer. Well, Chris is that way and more, much more. If I lived in Oregon I would gladly wear a shirt sharing what a pleasure he has been doing business with and honestly, I'm not sure we could have done it without him. I rarely leave someone a review but I cannot recommend him enough!!!
Sam took a lot of time with me and communicated very well. He was an excellent sellers agent. This was the second property which he helped to sell after I moved from Oregon and was 3000 miles away.
