Sam was wonderful throughout our 6 month home search. Anytime I saw a house we were interested in he was quick to respond and meet that day if he could. He was very good at only showing us houses that fit what we specified we wanted. Very friendly and didn't push us to make a decision before we were ready. I would recommend him to anyone who asked for a realtor.

This last Summer I bought a house with Jared as my real estate agent. The sellers of the house I bought were willing to sell the home for a significantly reduced price with one stipulation: the loan had to be closed in less than a month which seemed fairly unlikely to do. 19 days later we closed on the house, well ahead of schedule.
