This last Summer I bought a house with Jared as my real estate agent. The sellers of the house I bought were willing to sell the home for a significantly reduced price with one stipulation: the loan had to be closed in less than a month which seemed fairly unlikely to do. 19 days later we closed on the house, well ahead of schedule. Jared was extremely helpful and had excellent recommendations to prepare my home for sale. Although, we decided not to sell the home, I would use Jared in the future, for the sale of this home and to look for a new home in the area. Never had a problem reaching him.
