Nydrie is an outstanding realtor, in all areas. We have had three transactions with her during the past three years (buying two homes and selling one). She is superb in her knowledge of real estate, is an expert negotiator, and also really fun to work with! She is the realtor we will always use for any future biz.

Jake was great to work with. He was always responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We had a few hiccups with financing along the way and Jake was very helpful and patient while we worked through our issues. I will be using Jake in the future for any of my real estate needs.

Nydrie was so great to work with during our house buying process. We were making a cross country move, and she was incredibly helpful in providing information on our new town. She was knowledgeable and personable, and really helped make our house hunt a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying/selling a home in the Salem area.

Chun was very helpful and showed much patience during our house hunt. He only offered his opinion when asked, allowing me to gather my own ideas with each house visit. He was also quick to find answers to any questions I had. His reputation among other agents was extremely helpful when I made my offer on the house, as we did not submit the high bid, the listing agent and owners preferred to work with Chun in order to get the sale done without complications. Chun is an extremely knowledgeable agent. He always had my best interests in mind. He researched the sale of homes in my area and prepared comparable market pricing analysis that gave me a realistic list price.
