His knowledge of the local Salem market is very good, and it resulted in the listing and selling of the house for more than other agents had suggested. Danny his a nice, responsible, reliable and respectful realtor. He always answer our call text and his willing to help me to find and answer . If we find some houses that we want to see he'll check for us right away. I dont feel hesitate to call or text to ask Danny even at night bcoz he always answer me. Easy to deal to work with Danny. Purchased my home while out of state which could have proven to be quite a headache, but Jake made the entire transaction run as smooth as silk. He answered numerous questions, and responded to calls and emails within minutes. Any issues that came up were quickly dealt with to everyones satisfaction.
