Dan was always willing to show me any houses I wanted to see. He was cooperative, optimistic, easy to work with, and energetic. I received prompt replies to my emails, texts, and calls. If Dan didn't immediately know the answer to something, he would find the answer. I did not believe I had a chance of getting an offer accepted on the house I ultimately ended up buying, but Dan rightly convinced me otherwise. He made a difficult search with narrow requirements bearable, and successful.
Jake was excellent. He helped me with all my questions, was prompt in responding to my calls and emails, and provided excellent advice. I would highly suggest you work with such a dependable, knowledgeable agent. His humor and realistic approach was also greatly appreciated.
