My husband and I called Chun because he was the listing agent of a house we wanted to look at. He met us the next day. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and sent us a bunch of listings within our price range that night. He found the house we ultimately bought and helped us through the whole process. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him.
Chun has a gift for hearing what you need, treating you matter to him and will not hesitate to go the extra mile either. He helped us find a good, solid home for our daughter and family and helped us sell my mother's home. He did excellent on both scores!

Chun Truong sold our house during a time when sales were flat (in fact the month our house sold it was the ONLY house sold that month in the area). In addition, repairs were needed prior to the sale and since we were out of state at the time he recommended people/businesses for the jobs and also followed through to make sure the repairs were completed satisfactorily.
