Chun Truong sold our house during a time when sales were flat (in fact the month our house sold it was the ONLY house sold that month in the area). In addition, repairs were needed prior to the sale and since we were out of state at the time he recommended people/businesses for the jobs and also followed through to make sure the repairs were completed satisfactorily.
