Jake made our house-building experience great when my husband and I built our first home in 2013, and then helped us sell it in 2015. We built again in 2016, of course with the help of Jake! He has made all of our experiences fun, easy and stress-free!

Mr. Truong did an outstanding job working with us to sell our house. He was very responsive and kept us well informed throughout the process. Our home was an older home with several issues, he helped us worked through them, renegotiate the deal several times, and complete the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This was my first home selling experience and he held my hand the whole way through it. He came prepared and gave me the knowledge I needed to make my house sell. He walked me step by step and always responded immediatly to any concerns or questions I had. He listed the house in numerous locations such as a feature on Zillow, Statesman Journal and even Craiglists. I appreciate all his hard work and would definitely use him again.
