Dan was always willing to show me any houses I wanted to see. He was cooperative, optimistic, easy to work with, and energetic. I received prompt replies to my emails, texts, and calls. If Dan didn't immediately know the answer to something, he would find the answer. I did not believe I had a chance of getting an offer accepted on the house I ultimately ended up buying, but Dan rightly convinced me otherwise. He made a difficult search with narrow requirements bearable, and successful.
