We would not use her again. We felt that she did not represent our best interests. She is more a listing agent than a SELLING agent. After the offer we asked her to contact the buyers through their agent with some additional information. She told us that the buyers were out of town and not available. We found out from the buyers that this was not true. They were indeed available and not attempt was made to contact them..
I contacted Sam to help me purchasing a home. He sent me flyers of his listings only and told me go look at them and when I am ready he can write an offer ( had a million of excuses why he could not drive around and show me the properties). When I told him I was not interested in his listings and wanted to see other properties, he just stopped responding!!!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Stay away from this realtor - he will take your listing and do nothing! He never knew what was going on with the property, made a lot of mistakes on the flyer, AND HE NEVER GAVE ME A COPY OF THE LISTING AGREEMENT! And don't you dare complain about his poor service because he will get mad as hell, turn blue, and scream that he is #1!
This review is primarily reviewing Brian as he was the agent that we dealt with the most, including sitting with us during close and fielding emails. He was very insincere from the start. He was slow to return phone calls/e-mails and did not do the work needed to ensure a low-stress transaction. Poor communication skills. Several errors on house info flyers. Tried to tell us houses weren't what we'd like before we saw them. Rushed us thru viewings. Wouldn't work on weekends. When we asked for a return call he would text instead of calling. Stopped communicating w/us completely after 3 mos. Did not provide any info on potential houses for us or how the current market was, etc. Interrupted us when we were talking.
We have had a some experiences with other realtors during the past few years. Not one of them comes close to the service we received from Rick. He gave me a commitment to sell the house, he listed it on a certain date , he scheduled several showings in that first week, was not able to complete all those showings because he had an offer on the house. If you want your house sold, and in a timely manner, by a realtor who give 100% attention to you, call Rick Maurmann or the Maurmann group.
