While searching on Zillow for homes in our price range; I saw one I was interested in. I requested someone call me and within an hour Jake called. We have been working with him ever since. I really appreciate his professionalism and extensive knowledge, however, the main thing we have found so remarkable about Jake is that no matter how busy he is; he has been easy to contact, always returns calls, emails and texts and has been wonderful helping us to find an affordable home.

Our first contact with Jake Lucey was when I called the Coldwell Banker offices after seeing a house online- he was the person in the office they sent me to. Connie is a very wonderful person to work with, she goes that extra mile. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Connie worked with my loan officer and kept me informed on what was going on. Connie kept me informed when there was an inspection so I could be there and go around with the inspector. Connie also got an electrician to do repairs when the owner's realator refused to do so.
Jared is a delight to work with. He went went above and beyond in the transaction process when we bought our new home. The listing agent was somewhat difficult to work with and wasnt very helpful. Jared was on the phone to her every day to make sure we were going to get the new roof we negotated and to get the lock box off the front door when he brough our key to us. Jake is a very accommodating person who really aims to please his clients. He very truthful and reliable. Jake helped us negotiate a real estate purchase. He handled the paperwork professionally. He was very helpful in assisting us in what needed to be included in the offering, counter-offering process. Unfortunately, the buyer did not accept our offer. However, with Jake's patience and accommodation, we would gladly recommend his expertise and service to anyone.
